Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 7–15 business days. For Halloween, please order early.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us with photos and we will make it right.
How do I choose the right pet costume size?
Measure your pet's neck and chest and compare with the size guide on the product page. If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger size.
